What does it involve?

If you decide to join and consent to join the study we will ask you to fill in a short (10-minute) online questionnaire which will ask for health and lifestyle information.

We will then send you a CARRIAGE study ‘participant pack’ by post to your house.

The CARRIAGE study ‘participant pack’ will contain everything you need to take part in the study.

We will ask you to take three weekly nasal swabs and post the swabs back to our laboratory using the FREEPOST bags that we will provide.

Once you have returned your swabs, we will ask you to fill in a further short (5-minute) questionnaire to provide us with some feedback on how you found taking part in the study and how we might improve things.
